In the future Phoenix will plan to offer:

• 2 cabins for overnight guest. 
• Fire pits to hang out at and enjoy each other
• Trails for walking 
• Gazebo for gathering and hanging out at
• EEG room. sound proof for assessing our progress
• Boarding horses
• Horses for sale or lease-partnered with Silverpine Arabians

Phoenix is a small operation.  Our sessions are one on one private.  They last about 20-30min.

In March 2022, we  purchased 24 acers with cedar barn with 5 stalls.  I have plans to cover the round pen and build a  120x85' small arena ClearSpan.  Also building adding on some additional stalls for boarding.
